Giving a nod to the creative talents of the owners, this charming apartment has been beautifully crafted to seamlessly marry traditional features with luxurious furnishings. The sitting-room is warm and inviting with beautiful decor and furniture, with a coal-effect fire to keep you cosy at any time of year.

Also on the first floor you are treated to three opulent bedrooms, each dressed in luxury linens with stylish furniture and beautiful touches throughout. The beauty is you have two en suites and one family shower-room, making this fabulous apartment perfect for three couples all requiring their own bathing facilities.

Step outside and a fully enclosed haven awaits in the rear garden, complete with a fabulous hot tub. Enjoy secluded al fresco dining from dawn until dusk, either before or after a dip in the gorgeous hot tub, the perfect way to relax on holiday. This apartment is absolutely beautiful and you must stay there if visiting the area. The welcome pack is the best we’ve had. The hosts are fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. The hot tub is a bonus. The cleanliness is also a big plus, again the cleanest apartment we have stayed in in the 25 years of booking holiday rents. Could not fault a thing. If we could give this apartment a bigger star rating than 5 we certainly would.

Clyst House is a beautiful home. Comfortable, extremely clean and well equipped and great attention to detail. We all appreciated the excellent welcome with the best scones, cream and jam as well as many other lovely treats. There were other little touches that added comfort and a little luxury to our holiday. Lots of great places to visit locally including Darts Farm at Topsham and the lovely “Goat Walk” We would throughly recommend this property for a family or group of friends.
