Dual-aspect, the room is bathed in natural light and benefits from bi-fold doors and Juliet balconies at both ends of the room, offering views over the garden and surrounding hillside.
The living space can happily accommodate everyone with the generous corner sofa and chairs. Kick back with a film on the Smart TV or open the bi-fold doors and relax with the north Devon breeze instead.
The high-quality grey and cream kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances that get the job done while being easy on the eye. You'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, double electric oven, hob and microwave. Coffee lovers rejoice, there's also a filter coffee machine here, the best start to your holiday morning routine. You'll also find a dining-table here with seating for ten. Pull back the bi-fold doors at this end of the room and enjoy garden views and the hillside of Downend while you linger over delicious holiday feasts.
Sharlands 11 is home to four beautifully styled bedrooms. You won't want to leave the principal suite on the first floor if you're lucky enough to secure it for yourself. There's a king-size bed, Smart TV, bi-fold doors and Juliet balcony with views across the village and out to the countryside beyond. You'll also find a dressing-room with built-in wardrobe and storage space for all your holiday finery, plus the dreamiest of en suites. There's a separate shower, twin vanity units and a contemporary free-standing bath so gorgeous you'll never want to get out.
Head to the ground floor and you'll find the remaining bedrooms. There's a double room with king-size bed, en suite shower-room and patio doors leading out to the garden. There's also another double boasting garden access; this can be set up as twins or super-king depending on your preference. The fourth and final bedroom is a bunk bedroom, ideal for children. There's also a family bathroom on this floor. The garden room provides an extra lounge area and accommodation for children on the sofa bed.
Outside it's impossible not to get garden envy with the huge, south-facing rear garden. If you're looking for a private sunbathing spot away from the crowds, you've found it! There's also a terrace with al fresco dining for up to ten people, plus a coal barbecue for your epic holiday meals. For your convenience, there's also an outside shower, surfboard storage and wetsuit rail.
To the front of the property, you'll find driveway parking for up to two cars.
